The Roast House, on Chapel Street, occupies a prime location diagonally opposite Salford Central railway station.
Owner Sair Hanza said ‘we wanted to bring our special flavour to this cosmopolitan city. We use traditional preparation of our dishes with authentic herbs and spices.
The Roast house specialise in Roasted Joints of Beef, Lamb and Turkey. These are served in a variety of wraps and breads with Mediterranean salads and dressings.
