Stephen Ward and I aren’t exactly strangers to each other but today we formally introduced ourselves to each other, while trialling his new Nespresso Coffee Machine and what a revelation – Not the coffee, Stephen Ward.

Stephen shared his 30 year long career journey with me punctuated by my questions and observations. He also shared how I could employ some of his skills, technique and experience in my business.
His career journey to the present day focuses on showing businesses how promotional products connect with their customers and makes a lasting emotional impression. The item is present when a prospect’s circumstances change and a buying need arises.
I was also surprised to learn that almost all his products are sourced in the UK
One of Stephens’s favourite mantras is ‘always try to make an emotional connection which includes a trigger’. In my case Stephen used a personalised pen with a touch screen pad – Useful, practical and will be constant reminder of the good coffee and conversation.
