Following the inaugural Launch of the Bacup Borough FC business networking event affectionately called ‘ the Curry Club’, Dave Edler (Business Development Executive) invited me to present my Chip & PIN business offering.
I presented to Dave and Brent Peters (BBFC Manager). Following the positive and successful meeting I messaged Brent and he of course, courteously replied.
Below is our brief exchange of comments:
Cornel Sampson • Hey Brent, Thanks for the warm welcome on this cold morning. It was a great meeting and I truly admire the commitment and work you have shown and continue to do. I will always consider it an honour to have done business with you and continue to support you in any way I can.
ps I really didn’t know that you ‘owned’ the Directors hat as well.
BRENT PETERS • Hi Cornel
It was a pleasure this morning, I can be somewhat difficult at times, for the right reasons of course, those reasons being business, but I was very much impressed with your presentation and warmth, this means a lot, reference the Directors hat, I tend to be genuinely happy with Manager, moving forward, all our aims and aspirations can only be achieved with the help and support of people such as yourself and chip and pin.
The BBFC Curry Club runs monthly with upwards of 30 businesses in attendance, and the numbers are rising. The Curry Club also features guest presentations by high profile members of the Rossendale business community.
Next Curry Club event is Tuesday April 16th 2013, 12:00 – 14:00
