I first met Ronie at an ABL event. As she approached me I couldn’t help but notice how elegantly presented she was.
Roni introduced herself and announced that she has a client that would require a Merchant account. She felt sufficiently armed with enough information from my elevator pitch to request a further meeting at a later date. As we exchanged business cards we asked each other ‘polite qualifying’ questions. We concluded the brief encounter with an agreement to make contact and arrange a follow up meeting.
Shortly after, we met at Rossendale golf club. We carried on the conversation where we left off but quickly developed into a relaxed exchange of our experiences of working in financial services, travelling and working abroad in tropical heat.
Our next meeting was at the Rossendale Business League – now we were sharing jokes and engaging other league members. As I have come to expect, Roni was again immaculately turned out. As we talked with other members, she was constantly listening and scanning for ideas and services, which would help her clients.
Roni has spent many years abroad and I think she displays the confidence that expert knowledge and travel brings, combined with her senses of honesty, integrity and a willingness to deliver more than her clients expect.
Her clients are surely fortunate to have her as their Independent Financial Advisor.
